General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The first medication has 5mg of oxycodone and 325mg of acetaminophen, and the second medication has 300mg of acetaminophen, 15mg caffeine, and 30mg codeine.

Acetaminophen is a pain and fever reliever, both oxycodone and codeine are opiate pain-killers (oxycodone being the stronger of the two) and caffeine is a stimulant sometimes used in migraine medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
