Hi Dr. I had hysterectomy done almost a week ago and was discharged 3 days ago. I felt fine no breathing problems etc just tolerable pain in the incision site. After about 5 hours on the day I was discharged, I woke up with a heart beat of 130 and b/p of 180/110 ( I don't have hypertension). I was brought to the ER, they did all the test to the heart and lungs and it was all negative except they discovered I have UTI. The ER Dr. prescribed Ciprofloxacin. Ever since I took it for 3 days now, I've been having chest tightness. I thought at first it might be because of what happened. I just realized now that it might be the Cipro causing it...What do I do now?
