Hi Dr A Rynne , I am 61 ,female ,with fibromyalgia, and arthritis, high blood pressure controlled by medicine , but my body feels over heated all the time eg over 24 c it feels like 45c in the sun , i hose my self done allday , inside i have a sirt bottle and fans on plus a/c without much relief , it feels like servere sunburn, is my themostate stuffed and below 20 iam cold and will need bed socks on tonight , this is a very small comfort zone , I know the oxytocin causes bad sweats what can i try next janet despret
