Hi Doctor, My Name Is Daniel... I Have A Few

Hi Doctor, my name is Daniel... I have a few questions, due to a combination of heavy chronic back pain, and chest pain. Recently I've been having serious chronic back pain, more then I use to before, along with some high chest pains in the pectoral area, centered to the spine. I don't really know what could be causing me that much pain, I've been wondering is it could be continuous stress ? About 11 years ago i was brought to the hospital via the emergency, because my abdominals had locked on me, and were stopping me from breathing, and doctors told me that I was possibly having serious back pain, and because of it, it manifested itself to the muscles in my abdominal and chest causing the muscles to lock. The doctors needed 2 stings of morphine to allow me to breath. I was wondering If the same thing could be happening again ? What could possibly be happening or causing all this ? If the stress i've been through in the past 11 years could be manifesting itself through the muscles, becuase i read the stress can cause serious bodyly harm.. would it be possible? and if there was anything I could do to maybe reduce the pain, or the cause whether it is stress or something else ?

Thank you for your time,
