Hi Doctor. My 11 year old son is adhd and takes 25 mg of Adderall each day. He has been taking it for a few years. Recently we have been experiencing increasing episodes of what I would call manic behavior before bedtime. Tonight was the worst lasted over an hour and we resorted to giving him one of his low dose Adderall pills he has for the afternoons when he needs them. Can the Adderall be causing this now? We are calling our doctor in the morning. Thank you.
