Hi Doc ~ I'm a "healthy" 57 yr male. I am a former heroin user (6 yrs in dec.) 4 months ago I started noticing freckle-like (pinhead) scabs appearing on my right leg - from thigh to ankle. A few dozen. If I squeeze, as a pimple, they didn't lose or pus. They scabbed. I showed my GP. He didn't think it was parasitic, but probably a bacterial infection. I put a typical, otc over last month's. Started to heal ...but scar. Then last week I was squeezing formerly nonexistent "pimples" on my forehead ~ same as on leg now! But only 6 or 7. These "freckles" seem to be appearing lots of place including on toilet paper when I wipe! & I have a tickle in my nose I feel that comes & goes but feels like something's having a party in there. I blow...it but subsides & returns randomly. If I go back to my dr he's gonna think i!m crazy or using, which a urine will rule out, but this is a super small town in WA. I am here helping my sister & husband start a catering biz. I've a chef for 30 yrs. My dad died of lymphoma @ 62. My 3 yrs younger sis had skin melanoma removed 20 yrs ago. Find since. No priors for me, oncology-wise. Skin issues? Mild psoriasis, exacerbated in dry winter months, reckon rash.. Insight's appreciated! Where do I pay?? Sign, desperado.
