Hi, 34 weeks ago I had a bout of Vertigo

Hi, 34 weeks ago I had a bout of Vertigo that lasted about 4 days. Then one week with no symptoms. The following week I started with a sore throat and my doctor gave me Arythromicin 200. I finished that and then was give 2 steroid shots and Doxycyline 100. After that I went back to the doctor to have a chest xray that showed no pneumonia but I was still congested. They then gave me Levoquin 100. I am feeling much better and the congestion is much better but ringing in my ears since the 3rd week comes and goes. I have been reading the some antibiotics can cause this. I just finished my last Levoquin so I am wonder if this ringing will lessen. Also, I work for an Audiologist and had him check my ears and no fluid.

Hi, I had first symptoms of vertigo four years ago and then it was repeated twice, although I had no symptoms for the last three years. Recently I have started exercising and vertigo has repeated. Although it was only a heavy feeling in the back of the head even pain - when changing my head position while lying, three weeks have passed and now I seem to have some visual problems and feeling of using mind, is that serious? Many Thanks! I am 34.

Hi - I have high blood pressure and 4 weeks ago a bout with Vertigo. I am on blood pressure meds now since Vertigo and it s slowly coming down from 160 s to 140 s. The only issue I have recently the last three weeks since Vertigo is my daily lightheadedness from about 8 am to 3 pm. My Doctor is not real sure but thinks it s Anxiety causing the daily episodes? Should I take Lexapro with Blood Pressure together to possibly help relieve the daily dizziness. Thanks, Eric

Hi: a couple of weeks ago I noticed a ridge down the center of my head/skull w/some slight depression that wasn t there 2 days prior when I washed my hair. I ve experienced some double vision late at nite after dozing & waking up w/the TV on. I ll see 2 faces of everyone on the TV screen. I ve had a couple of bouts where I ve lost my balance. I have A LOT of stress as I have a 14 yr old son w/Autism going thru puberty & I m post menopausal. I m in-between docs due to switching insurance plans. How concerned should I be?
