Hi - I believe I was exposed to a norovirus over last weekend, succumbed to severe vomiting and diarrhea, most of Sunday night. I expected to feel better by today... have had plenty of rest, water, pedialyte, saltines, nothing more and yet the feeling of dry-mouth nausea and intestinal cramping continue. Is there an over-the-counter or "natural" remedy you advise to suppress that nausea? My regular physician is not in office for replies.
