Hey while at work 3 times this month my left eye has went blood shot. With a headache to follow or accompany. Well today I took my blood pressure after my eye went red for the 3rd time. And my right arm was 162/101. My left was 141/105. My coworkers was fine. My mom died of a heart attack and all of my siblings have had a heart attack or a stroke. I am almost 32 year old female. Should i be concerned?
