I would like to ask is it ok to take
l-carnitine as a liquid before going to exersice, i do weightlifting, i'm a femal 19 years old i weight 55kg and i am 162cm tall, i've been suggering from hypothyroidism since 2011, and i take only one Eutirox 25mg every morning half an hour before breakfast and my thyroid range became normal now, so the quation is, is it ok to take l-carnitine with my situation, and is it going to negatively effect my thiyrod ?
