Hey I Have A Quick Question. I Started Taking Amoxicillin

Hey i have a quick question. I started taking amoxicillin 500 for a tooth/gum infection(right front tooth).. Since ive started the amoxillin(yesterday morning) ive noticed that my right cheek has started swelling. Its right above my tooth right beside my nose.. Its not painful but a little tingly. Also have a cpl red spots on my cheek. My teeth and gums no longer hurt.

Is this the antibiotic fighting the infection or a reaction to amoxicillin?
