Hey,
I fell the other day and when I landed I fell and caught myself on my arm. Right afterwards a bump/knot appeared. After I feel I got nauseous and then my vision went black. I did not hit my head. After like 1-2 minutes everything was fine. My arm is sore with some bruising and the bump/knot. I can move it any direction without any problems other than the soreness. I don't think it's broken. Do you think my arm is okay?
