Hello..I see the vaginal opening for my wife which allows my organ to enter. This opeNing is small. Also one thing to note I can insert 3 fingers with out any problem. But while intercourse my organ penetration is only half into my wife.

Question 1 : I wonder why and what will be the issue? Question 2: Small opening Is the problem in getting my organ to enter fully?
Question 3: Usually how big the vaginal open should be? Question 4: since first intercourse my wife never had bleeding in sex?
