Hello, Yes I Have A Question. My Niece Is Prescribed

Hello, yes I have a question.

My niece is prescribed RISPERDAL, she is prescribed to take 3 0.25mg tablets at 8am 2 0.25mg tablets at 12pm 1 0.25mg tablet at 7pm and 3 0.25mg tablets at 8pm when she goes to bed. The mother skips the 12pm does of 2 tablets and gives them to my niece at 4pm. Is this or can this be adverse to the health of my niece taking these 6 tablets totaling 1.5mg in such short amount of time? I feel like she's doing this to keep the child heavily medicated at night after school so she doesn't have to deal with her. My niece has spectral autism and is a hyper and active young lady but when on all this medicine she is much more docile at times I would say kinda comatose from the meds. Not to mention she makes her take an over the counter sleep aid in the evening. It seems to me as if she may be overdosing the child so she is easier for the mother to deal with rather then giving her the proper dose at the proper time. Please advise me if I'm wrong or what I should do if this seems to you like she is doing wrong by dosing like this.
