Hello There. I Have Been To The ER Twice This

Hello there. I have been to the ER twice this week with heart attack symptoms - nausea, trembling, heart racing, dizziness, chest tightness, and lightheadedness. They ran an EKG and sent me home saying I don't have a heart attack. A lot of my blood work came back normal, my CBC etc. Could I still have sepsis? Or low blood sugar?
