Hello sir, i am very worried for my father from 2 years. He undergone in brain stroke before 2 years. he has lost her speech, body balance and some memory also. He trys to speak but very unclear and low sound voice produce. after stroke treatment there is no more benefit in his speech and body balance. In fact day by day body is becoming unbalance,weak and lossing memory of things for e.g. some alphabets, body parts and object names etc. He unables even to balance her body during walk, also suffering from spine problem from 10 years. there is also the problem of urination three to four times in night and passes stool one time in 2 days even after taking stool passing medicine. now what can i do for his betterment ? please suggest me sir. i will be very thankful to you for this kindfull work.
