Hello sir. I am a healthy male aged 34 years. During annual medical check, my ECG reported an IRBBB. I'm addition to other pathological checks for electrolyte imbalance ( Na & K ), blood creatinine and urea, I was asked to undergo Eco 2d test. Despite all results within normal range I feel a bit pain in my chest. Eco test reports LVEF 75% AND TRIVIAL MR/TR. my basal blood pressure on an average for seven days remains between 130-142& 88- 96 km of Hg. I do cardio exercises and weight training kindly suggest.
