Hello, seriously worried and anxious. I had an awful cold, very chesty cough which started just over 3 weeks ago. About 4 days in I had a massive coughing fit. I spat it out and it was red blood, looked like a blood vessel. Blew my nose and also had blood in that. I went to doctors and they gave me amoxicillin, I have finished the course, have no cold symptoms now and barely any cough. But on a morning my chest feels right/wheezy (I do have asthma) and I need to cough. The sputum has blood streaks/dots in it. No blood from my nose now. I do have post nasal drip, I feel it running down my throat when lying down. I have mild upper left sided back pain which comes and goes. I have been an on and off smoker for 18 years or approx 10 a day. I have found out I'm pregnant, 7 weeks so I cannot have a chest xray or CT scan. I'm worried I have lung cancer and I won't be able to have any tests to find out. My doctor doesn't seem too worried with my age (35 years). Don't know what tests are possible for me and I'm convinced I'm dying
