Hello, other day I wore skinny joggers and went on a 3 and half mile dog walk. The weather was dry horrible and a bit wet. Very cold too but I ended up very sweaty from running too. I got home, shower in a hot shower then it started getting worryingly itchy so I itched it so hard I thought it bled so I stopped and turned freezing cold shower on and I got out and on both my thighs, I have big patches of a purple/pink/red rash but it's under skin not bumpy or anything and above skin it's been here over a day.. Any ideas ASAP please?
