Hello, my name is Renold, I'm 54. In 2015 I fell off a ladder and landed on my left shoulder when I got up it hurt a little but then as time progressed it hurts even more. Fast forward to 2018, My family doctor thinks I have rotator cuff degeneration, even though I told him what had happened. I work out regularly, but the pain in my shoulder persists. My right shoulder is fine. What do you think? Maybe a damaged rotator cuff?
