Hello, I am 29 years old. I have peri oral hypopigmentation that i have just remarked but in previous photos of 2007 it is already there and has the same exact size, persisting but not accentuated after tanning in the summer. My phototype is IIIB and don t have any similar lesions elsewhere. Could this be vitiligo or could be ethnic discoloration? I have auto immune history in my mothers sister. Thank you

I am a 55 year old caregiver for my mother who is in assisted living. she was diagnosed at the age of 84 with moderate dementia and alzheimers. she is insisting on being able to drive but i have taken the care on the recommendation of her primary internist and the neurologist . she missed 14 of the questions on the test and did not have a medical issue causing the dementia. i am correct in acting quickly with the driving preventing an accident in the future?
