I am experiencing drainage of a clear mucus being extracted with flatus, with a light stale odor so much so the moisture has given me a rash around my anus from being moist. To wipe after i releasing these fluids is painful, although feces may or not be part of the discharge, and will often see small traces of blood in my sanitary napkin.

At first I thought it may be Hemorrhoids, I have been using an ointment but not seeing much improvement. I found that keeping the area dry helps a lot with the pain, but often times it feels as if annus has been cut with razors the pain is very unbearable. I have not bee able to see or feel any enlarged gains as expected

I often engage in unprotected sex so I have considered syphillis as as a possible option but am not sure if it fits all the symptoms of if this is some other type of bacterial infection. As I mention its a clear mucus, opposed to a bacterial drainage.

I will also add, I have herpes and hiv. and am taking a daily regimen for each.

I found that fasting relieves a lot of the pain but of course this is not a scalable approach. Once I begin eating the pain around my anus will re-appear.

One other symptom is that i have a pain on my left lower power side of my pubic bone. Not so much around the prostate or the urinary bladder but around the lymph nodes, there is a hard oblong shaped cyst that is painful to the touch, it is inflamed.

My testicles, penis, testis, scrotum, etc appear to be in no pain whatsoever.

I had considered a hernia, as it should be in that general facility, but causing or bending has no affect on the pain.

I am still on the fence as to if this is just related to IBS that I am just starting to see in my later years, I have a lot of upset stomach, cramping do to some foods I am eating. I have tried to change my diet to disinclude, dairy foods, and amy red meet, wheats and beer from my diet, this has had some impact but not appreciable enough.

There just appear to be so may related conditions, I am having trouble pinpointing it just one thing.
