Hello, every night I think of the fact that it is time for me to get ready for bed and fear hit me knowing I will have very bad dreams or whatever they are. About one week ago I was push out of my bed I hit the wall. My head hit so hard I was in pain for a few days. This is not easy to talk about, I am greatful
