Hello doctor so on the 18th of this month I didn't exactly have sex but the head of a penis was just barely inserted in me without a condom for about a second. About an hour after that I took an emergency contraceptive just to be safe and now today I was whiping and some some blood on my tissue.. There was a clot in there as well. My period wouldn't be due early next month on like the 5th or 6th.. They say that the emergency contraceptive can male your period come as much as a week early so I'm hoping its that. I'm also experiencing other things that usually come with my period such as gas and cramps.. In your expert opinion what do you think? Is it more likely that I'm pregnant or am I simply just getting my period earlier because of the pill? Please respond I'm so worried.
