Hello doctor i would like to ask if ovarian cyst can show like pregnancy symptoms because i feel like i am pregnant and i was diagnosed with cyst on my left and right ovary but it's not that big it is less than 3 cm it was 3 cyst in left and right 6 total and i am having pregnancy symptoms like the nuseuea, vomiting, headaches, cramps, lower back pain tenderness of the breast, and it feels like heavier and fuller my abdomen is getting bigger as well. I also crave for food and i have smells that i don't like. I'm also having palpitations even though i am just sitting down and it makes my breathing difficult. My period last september is unusual i was delayed for 2 days and then had bleeding but for three days it was just thinking like blood and it has brown mucus then it and then for two days i had pretty heavy bleeding with clots after that for two more days i had like super dark brown discharge and then i started feeling all the signs. I found out that i have cyst because i did a transvaginal ultrasound and now i'm confused if i am pregnant or it is just because of the cyst. Thank you for helping me.
