Hello doctor i would like to ask if ovarian cyst

Hello doctor i would like to ask if ovarian cyst can show like pregnancy symptoms because i feel like i am pregnant and i was diagnosed with cyst on my left and right ovary but it's not that big it is less than 3 cm it was 3 cyst in left and right 6 total and i am having pregnancy symptoms like the nuseuea, vomiting, headaches, cramps, lower back pain tenderness of the breast, and it feels like heavier and fuller my abdomen is getting bigger as well. I also crave for food and i have smells that i don't like. I'm also having palpitations even though i am just sitting down and it makes my breathing difficult. My period last september is unusual i was delayed for 2 days and then had bleeding but for three days it was just thinking like blood and it has brown mucus then it and then for two days i had pretty heavy bleeding with clots after that for two more days i had like super dark brown discharge and then i started feeling all the signs. I found out that i have cyst because i did a transvaginal ultrasound and now i'm confused if i am pregnant or it is just because of the cyst. Thank you for helping me.

Hello. I am 25 and have no history or pregnancy or serious medical issues but I do have a tilted uterus. Approximately 7 months ago I had laproscopic surgery to remove a 6 cm cyst on my right ovary. Prior to the surgery, my menstrual cycles were regular and only lasted 3-5 days. I am currently having 2 menstrual cycles each month that are not at all regular. A follow up sonogram showed a 4 cm cyst on the same ovary...apparently this is left over from the surgery. My doctor stated that she could only safely remove as much as she did. At this time she is not concerned that I will need a second surgery unless I cannot tolerate the pain and twinges anymore. She did mention that I either was not ovulating prior to the surgery or I am not currently ovulating. I am trying to conceive but this has made it extremely difficult. I guess my ultimate question is whether or not my menstrual cycle should be regular at this point in time. Is it likely that I am not currently ovulating? Should I seek a second opinion or would they simply remove the ovary this time?
