i used to masturbate everyday and sometime 2 or 3 times a day. but now i have been masturbating 4-5 days in a week. last time i had sort of attack when i was about to cum, and i don't know whether it was heart attack. now its been 3-4 weeks that i have stopped masturbating. i am scared that if i do it again then i might get cardiac attack. i watch porn but not too much. i usually love watching photos of bikini models and that really turns me on. when i get horny , my chest starts to pain. i don't know how should i describe it but it gets heavy, cold type, sort of poking my chest. it doesn't pain when i inhale or exhale. sometime dis pain stays for a while and sometimes a day.
i want to masturbate again but not like before doing it everyday. i want to change my habit of doing 2 - 3 times in a month. when i feel like masturbating i cant stop thinking of that attack and cant do it..
i went to the doctor and told him about these things but he just laughed and gave me unsatisfactory answer. he prescribed me dis medicine: Zayata capsule(management of stress related disorder) and Petril MD 0.25 mg (mouth dissolving tablet).
just wanted to know if there is side effect when you masturbate everyday at the age of 17. some says there are no side effect and some says there are side effect.
am i having panic attack or anxiety or heart attack? if you could kindly tell me the solution on how to overcome these fear.
