Hello Doctor, Me And My Wife Are Trying For Pregnany.

Hello doctor,

Me and my wife are trying for pregnany. My wife was taking following medicine and her cycle was normal.

Metformin 500
Pregnol (myo inositol)

Gynae doctor gave this medicine bcz of pcos deteced in ultrasound. After 2 monthsy wide repeated ultrasound and pcos were not more. Gynae doctor said that she should continue this medicine until pregnancy.

This month, my wife did not get periods. So she had a beta hcg test and it was negative. She started taking dydrogesterone 20 mg per day and today is 5th day taking this medicine. Still she does not get periods.

What you suggest to continue dydrogesterone or quit it?

Please reply as soon as possible
Thanks
