Hello Doctor, I Have A Painless Lump Inside My Rectum

Hello doctor,

I have a painless lump inside my rectum sphincter that appears more protruded after defecating. I first noticed it last summer, which at that time I was working hard in hot days without enough hydration and I drink a lot of tea with a low fiber diet. I also strain sometimes while defecating and noticed a light red streaks of blood on the toilet tissues twice. I came to thinking that this is hemorrhoids stage 1. I never had anal bleeding or any pain in that area expect for the previously mentioned red streaks which appeared only after heavy straining while defecation. The lump has been there for about 6-7 months. It is normal? Should I be worried? I started having high fiber diet and drink lots of water to avoid constipation.

Thank you for your efforts.
