Hello doctor,
I am in a great trouble. Actually, I had a breakup with my girlfriend and mentally I am so stressed up. Apart that I am facing the bad habit of regular masturbation. And it is on an average everyday that I do this. I everyday think that I will not do this again but I don't know how it again happens. Even I am feeling weakness and some pain in one of my testicles for some days.
I can't share all these things to anyone. So, please help me
