I dont know how to say you about my problem , but this problem is giving a pain in my head.
I did'n masturbate for months.
Today i had wet dream and i had eject sperm while i was asleep and i woke up and change myself and again i gone for asleep after that i again ejected it would be two times.
So doc i 'd like to ask you , is this normal ? Or it would cause any effect in my body.
I 'm sport person.
