Hello Sir,
My 13 years old son (45kg weight, sensetive structure) is in frequent fever for last 5 days which shots upto 104 not getting down from 101 which is 5-6 times in 24 hours, with pain in stomach & vometting. When dignosed his widal test s.typhi-O is 1/160 positive and s.typhi-H is 1/80 positive.
He has been given medicine paracetamol and ZIFI 200- :1 BD for three days, which have passed today and he is still the same.
Please confirm if it is sufficient dose for him and how many days he will have to continue the medicine.
Kindly prescribe the complete solution with medicine and time to be taken.
