Hello
Please suggest me the medicine for urticaria.
Im having this problem since August 2015 .
The rashes appears on my arms mostly whenever i do exercise ,weight training,cardio ,eat spicy food or whenever the temperature of my body raises up.Rest all activities are normal.
And ive noticed that if i dont heat havey meals or spicy food then mostly no rash appears.

Im 32 years male weight 83

Is it curable in homeopathy?
