Hello. On Sunday August 19 I Missed The Last Step

Hello.
On Sunday August 19 I missed the last step on my stepladder and fell forward hitting my left lateral chest area hard on the edge of the kitchen counter. Just sore afterward and badly bruised laterally in middle of chest and underside of upper arm. Ended up going to urgent care the next day (Sunday) and they did an X ray which showed a nondisplaced fracture of the 5th left rib. Deep breathing every 1-2 hrs and use of NSAIDS and/or Tylenol for pain with activity as tol. Have been able to be up and around since but today noticed a sharp pain/catch when I bent over to get ice from the freezer. Since then have noticed a slight clicking feeling/sensation on my left side where the bruise/Fx is-just once in awhile and not always related to breathing. Could this be the rib moving ever so slightly and do I need to be concerned?
