Hello! My shoulder blades feel like I am developing wings like Angelina Jolie in "Malificent." Such pain that when I move at all, the pain exacerbates. Turning on the bed from one side to the other is sheer agony. The pain started about three weeks ago with the feeling my shoulder blades were squeezing my back like an accordion. Sometimes it is accompanied by a headache. I feel like I have a nerve blocked from my right shoulder to my fingertips. Thank you for reading this. I have had Fibromyalgia since 1965. Chronic Fatigue reared its ugly head in 2000. When the pain gets to a certain point, I escape into at least two hour naps - thanks to the Chronic Fatigue. I do not take pain meds.
