Hello. My results came in for my abdominal x ray and pelvic area.but can't really make sense if either may e you can help. My main and ct scan will be mid week


Prominent inferior splenic tip favoring splenomegaly, potentially up to 20 cm SI if the spleen extends to the diaphragm. Linear calcification along the undersurface of the left hemidiaphragm could be performed calcification along the superior spleen with
underlying splenic lesion not excluded.

Approximately 2.5 x 2.4 cm increased density overlying the inferior posterior aspect of the left iliac bone, adjacent to the inferior aspect of the left sacroiliac joint, is incompletely characterized but suspicious for asymmetric osteitis condensans
ilii versus potential degenerative changes.

IMPRESSION:
Splenomegaly. Linear calcification along the undersurface of the left hemidiaphragm suspicious for calcification along the superior spleen, with underlying splenic cyst or mass not excluded. Comparison outside prior imaging would be beneficial if
