Hello My Father Is 74 Years Old And Went To

Hello

My father is 74 years old and went to the hospital today because he was experiencing pain in his left arm (wrist to elbow) and back behind shoulder blade. His blood pressure was high 170/130 and they gave him a beta blocker to lower. He was on blood pressure and cholesterol pills but he had not taken before he went to hospital rather he took 2 baby aspirins as suggested by a friend. The doctor said he did not have a heart attack but he should go and see a cardiologist and in the mean time just carry on normally
. He is currently travelling out of country. He feels a better but he is still experiencing the pain in his arm and shoulder. Should we be concerned and get him to go back to hospital?
