Last Saturday, I came back from a vacation from a hot climate. While I was there, I broke out in severe prickly heat rash all over my legs and arms. When I returned home, my doctor prescribed me antibiotics, and an antifunal 2.5 percent hydrocortisone cream. It has been about 11 days, the redness is gone, and now on my legs I have light purple/grey dots and rashes where the red was. Does this mean it is healing, and will this colour fade away? how long until it goes away completely? Thank you as I am worried I have these marks for life.
