Hello, I've Have A Past History Of Irregular Periods And

Hello,
I've have a past history of irregular periods and extra long cycles since my first period. I've struggled with cystic acne , I'm very hairy and was once told (12) years ago that I have PCOS. I took a pill and never heard about it again. I've been anemic since my cycle started at 12 and the past two years (yearly) need iron introveinously.
As I embarked into my 30's, I noticed more regular periods with less clotting, but still heavy bleeding. Being 33, and never having ANY shot of success at pregnancies (15 yrs worth), I started seeing a fertility specialist. In July 2015, they removed a left ovarian cyst 4x6cm. The surgeon told me my Fallopian tube was flat yet it seemed to bounce back after he removed the cyst. Two months after surgery, I started feeling very, very sick again. Worse than before. Turned out, another cyst, same left ovary. This one went away 3 moths later without surgery.
Next, I had an SIS. They saw my flat noodle looking Fallopian tube and started measuring something. I now have a 25mm x 6mm cyst on my Fallopian tube.
Lastly, I'm waiting on my endometrium biopsy results. The doctor has to sign off on them before the nurse could tell me. I'm in limbo, waiting to know the next steps, but they are dragging their feet to help me find the answers I need. Can you explain this all to me a bit more?
