It was my first time vaping today. (Aside from about five months ago, where it was actually my first time and I decided that I didn't like it.)
I was using 6mg of nicotine in my e-liquid.
I run. A lot. I run varsity for my school cross country team.
I was just curious as to whether or not vaping once will in any way harm my lungs to the point that I notice a difference in my running ability? I feel that trying to vape again was an extremely poor decision for me and my lifestyle (pretty healthy).
So, will only doing it once really harm me? I understand that it is not good for anything other than oxygen to enter your lungs.
And do you think that if there were issues sustained by my lungs, that my lungs would get back to their original state of health? Would they regenerate?

Hello! I have been vaping for about 4 months. I have Fibromyalgia, severe neck and back pain, I get spasms, have trouble sleeping, excessive tiredness and difficulty with concentration. I take zanaflex, cymbalta, carbatrol and lyvoxerine(thyroid med). I have been wondering if you would know about the good effects of nicotine? I do feel some of my meds may be able to be lessened since vaping. I will be talking to my docs about this when I see them but was also curious if this has been a common question lately?

I quit smoking cigerettes 7 weeks ago and switches to vape (e-cig). 4 chemicals are in vape solution, prolylene glycol or vegetable glycerin, riboflavinoids, water, and (or) nicotine. I use to hold my breath at times when I use to smoke cigerettes, and I could last 1 minute. but now, I can hold my breath for over 2 minutes. is vaping dangerous.
