Hello. I'm having a watery, bright red period? Had spotting on 6/1 and nothing on 6/2. Spotting morning of 6/3 and light watery flow. Now it's heavier but no clots. I feel nauseous and have a backache. I thought I was pregnant but test on 5/31 was negative. Cycle was supposed to start between 5/31 and 6/2 but I guess started on 6/3. Should I be concerned? What does this mean?
