Hello, I'm A 47 Yr. Old Woman Who Was Diagnosed

Hello, I'm a 47 yr. old woman who was diagnosed with very low DHEA. I do have a Thyroid nodule on my left to the center of my nodule. Each year my nodule keeps growing, it's only 1.63 cm and 68. I have a really hard time swallowing. I barely eat, yet my hips, stomach and thighs have gained a lot of weight. I never had a problem with my weight, ever. A few years ago, I was losing weight so fast, I ended up going to an Oncologist, I'm not sure why my Dr. referred me, but the Oncologist did some tests and found that my left adrenal gland was significantly smaller than my right adrenal gland. He said, I needed to see an endocrinologist. I was wondering if the DHEA had a part of my adrenal gland. I've been having extreme pain on my left side, esp. My back side. I have constant pulsating to a nagging pain to some very sharp pains. I'd love to understand what's going on.. I'm so tired of being in pain. Can you please help me understand what's going on.
