Hello, I was recently diagnosed as having thrombocytopenia and have some other flags in my CBC. High lymphocytes and low nuetrophils and my platelets are large in size. I have had unprotected sex with someone I did not know 5 1/2 weeks before the CBC was done so I requested the 4th gen ag/ab assay and all STDs and HIV came back non-reactive. I am wondering if I should be worried that this is HIV or what else could cause these values. I can send along exact values from my CBC when replied to. I am currently seeing a hematologist and he is leading toward Evans syndrome due to a present anemia as well. Please help me as I am dying from anxiety and have been waiting on answers.
