Hello. I used a Neti Pot 2 days ago and I woke up yesterday with slight sinus pain, a runny nose, and a sore throat. I've used my Neti pot many times but this is the first time I've woken up the next day feeling not so well. This morning is the same. Lots of runny nose and sneezing, and a slight sore throat as well. I was wondering what I should do to get over this quickly, and if using my Neti Pot again would be a good idea to clear this out faster, or if that is a bad idea.

Sincerely, Kevin
Thank you.

Hi. I m sure it s been asked before but I ve been dizzy for about the past week. Went to ENT and he said it s most likely labyrinthitis. I used a netti pot about 3 weeks ago with warm, non sterile water from faucet. I feel constantly buzzed . Not so much dizzy but just out of it My question is could my symptom be from a parasite via the Nettie pot? If it s not labyrinthitis what else could it be? Thank you Steve

Hi, About a year ago my friend was eating at a thai restaurant when he hiccuped or something and a small amount of rice went up the back of his throat into his sinus cavity. He gets sinus head aches and sinus infections now. He has tried antibiotics. He also has used a netti pot a lot. Nothing seems to fix it. The antibiotics did help. But, his sinus headache and infections just seems to reoccur. It s been a year. It seems weird that anything could still be up there aespecially considering he has neti potted a lot. What can you tell me?

I recently purchased a Neti Pot that comes with the packets of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate and have been using it often.. but now I read in a magazine that adding one or two drops of rosemary oil to the mixture will help alleviate sinus infections. What do you think about this?
