Hello! I see a naturopath, she has helped me greatly. I took prescriptions for years and am down to thyroid, meformin, and metoprolol. Long story - Anyway, for years, I had what everyone thought was acne. I am pretty much gluten/wheat free, if I can help it. The "acne"/welts" only manifests itself after eating wheat or something with gluten now, on my neck, face, and head. Also my lower legs. It is ugly. The doctor said I had a wheat allergy as a child, horrible rashes on my lower arms. Is this "new" symptom of welts on my neck a manifestation of the wheat allergy?? I can't seem to get rid of these, even though I don't eat bread, most carbs, etc. Thank you!
