I recovered from jaundice or hepatitis A or viral hepatitis one month ago, which I was suffering since last 7 months or February, 2015. Initially my Bilirubin was 10 and SGOP & SGPT were 2300 and 4400 respectively .Now bilirubin is 1.09, SGOT is 37 and SGPT is 23 since 20-August and the counts were same in 25-September test. I was continuously taking Udilive 450 or UDCA tablets till august. How long should I wait to start exercising and drinking beer, though I am not heavy drinker and drink once in a month and that also very light? And also doctors told me that the likable cause of my disease was heavy protein intake or Ayurveda medicines, which both I was taking till February. Can I take protein ever?
