Hello. I Recently Contacted Some Infection That Caused Flu Like

Hello. I recently contacted some infection that caused flu like syptoms. I was achy and my fever went up to 101.5 and my lungs hurt. Then the fever broke but the next few days I was exhausted and got four bacterial infections. Swimmers ear, bact. vagns., a sinus infection, & a sore throat. I went to urgent care because the fever kept coming back. I would feel ok but tired and then the fever would return and I would kick it again. Only for it to return the next day or every other day. I got doxycycline for some green stuff I was coughing up a day or so after the initial brush with the fever. And flagyl for another infection. And an antibiotic for the ear infection. After 7-10 days I finished the course of antibiotics but they did not seem to cause the fever to discontinue.
The fever kept returning every few days. Just 99 degrees here 100 there. And if i really left it untreated it would get bad and my lungs would hurt again. Meanwhile I also had reoccurring diarrhea- all of this left me weaker than I thought it should and I kept trying to keep a normal schedule with some coddling during days with the fever. This went on for 2 & 1/2 weeks.
I had a deadline for some things that had come up so I pursued them driving far away and missing sleep. The result of this was another bout with the fever and a lot of fatigue and diarrhea and shortly after this I seemed ridiculously weak. I was too wiped out to sit for long but I had to do dishes and make meals and grocery shop - I became frustrated and did my chores and took care of grocery shopping and cooking even when sitting was a bit too much effort - this pushed me too far and I became so weak it was difficult getting up to go to the bathroom.
I went over to a family members to recoup but the fever followed and I had a difficult night where my lungs hurt terribly. My fever started escalating and then it broke and everything cooled down. My skin, my fever, things I didn't realize hurt started letting me know the pain had eased. The next day I was weak but optimistic. I think I've turned the corner. Except I'm still so weak! I want to enjoy the last of summer and get back to my schedule.
The fever is not returning, but I'm still so weak. Getting up to make food and sitting is exhausting. A shower wears me out so I need to take a nap. And I want to nap all day anyway.
What is going on? What is a realistic recovery rate? Why am I so low? What was that thing?
