Suggest Treatment For Vision Loss Due To Ocular Migraines, Severe Hair Loss And Regular Dizziness

Hello, I just got MRI results from ENT. Advised me to see neurologist. The assistant told me that there is white lessions on the right side. I had been diagnosed with vertigo years ago. I was also told that when I loose vision its from ocular migraines. I have been loosing a lot of hair and the dizziness is more then normal. My question is what could the lessions be?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that the lesions could be related to past head trauma (since childhood) or possible migraine.

Do you get throbbing headaches time after time? Consulting with a neurologist is necessary for a physical exam. A Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries is necessary too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
