Hello. I have had symptoms similar to a UTI for about a week. The day that it began, I suddenly had pains in my left kidney, and then my right a couple of hours later. That night my urine was pink. After that day, I have not had any further kidney pain or colored urine, however I still don't feel right. I purchased AZO UTI test strips to see if I have a UTI. I took the test twice. Both times came back that I tested negative for nitrates, but positive for white blood cells. I should also mention that I have Interstitial Cystitis. I am not sure if this would affect anything, but I have heard that it is normal for people with IC to test positive for white blood cells in urine. Do you think this is some type of infection or could be a more serious issue with my kidneys?
