Hello. I Have Had Contact With Vaginal Fluid In The

Hello.
I have had contact with vaginal fluid in the mouth via my fingers 3 weeks ago. In only 4 hours I noticed white spots on the tip of my tongue with a burning sensation. A week into it I noticed symptoms of a cold/flu ie: sore throat, elevated body temp/sweating and coughing.
Two doctors said it was a yeast infection. The first prescribed Brufen 600mg and Cefixoral 400mg that didn't help.
The second prescribed Miconazole nitrate 20mg/g in gel form which fixed the ulcers and tongue. He also prescribed Stabilanol 200mg which I didn't take as I was advised to take it if symptoms persist.
I still have a cough and now large spots on the back of my tongue as well as the far back of my throat is covered in red elongated sores/lesions(?) without the symptom I had initially of a yeast infection. All the tissue in the back of my throat looks scratched up and sore too.
What can this be? Please help.
Thank you.
