Hello I Have Had A Full Battery Of Tests Run

Hello
I have had a full battery of tests run looking for why my muscles ache and some are actually weak. "Feels" like inflammation. Sometimes my quads tend toward seizing when I walk up stairs. When I get to the top of our stairs I have to rub out the stressed muscles. In some ways it feels like shin splints in the calf or forearm...but not as extreme as that. The sensation is similar though. I am or have been an active former athlete unaccustomed to limitations. I am otherwise "in shape".
A neuro muscular doctor is 'watching' my symptoms. I see on his report that he is looking at possible myalgia arthralgia...both of which I researched and the symptoms don't of those don't reflect my own.
I do know there were abnormalities in the EMG.
While I'm waiting for another 6 months to go by before my next visit I am sleuthing for myself.
Thank you for any guidance
